I've been building software for 40 years. IBM, PwC, own projects—done it all. Now I just want to build.
I'm 60, based in Hamburg, and I've written more code than I can remember. Enterprise systems, mobile apps, web platforms, IoT devices—you name it, I've probably built it.
Two years ago I stopped consulting and started building my own things. I created Conductor—an AI system that lets me build in days what used to take months. 200+ repos later, the workshop is the heart. I also run a SME AI-analysis practice, but that one is DACH/German-only.
My Philosophy
Versuch macht klug. Try things. Some work, some don't. Both make you smarter. I've failed enough to know what matters.
I believe in building over talking. In shipping over planning. In working software over slide decks. Conductor gives me the speed to try things fast and learn from real users.
