About Us
Moinsen {Hamburg}
Our Story
Through our work as freelancers, we had to work with many products from numerous agencies that left much to be desired both professionally and technically. We know we can do better! That's why we decided to found 'Moinsen'. We want to build software, especially apps and web applications, that are simply done right by us. Software development is already expensive enough, so customers shouldn't settle for poor software development. There will be no bad software from us!
Our Principle
The core of good software is always a solid MVP that deserves the name. A good MVP doesn't need to be rebuilt in the next iteration, instead it's constantly developed further. This is where our rich experience comes in handy, which allows us to bring even complex software to market in small steps without losing sight of the product vision.
Our Method
'Code is not readonly'. An important insight, which is however often misused and leads to poor MVPs continuing a qualitative downward spiral to a poor end product through new features. We understand it completely differently: It enables us to react quickly to changed requirements or priorities of our customers. We like to try out new promising approaches and work together with the customer to classify the results from such experiments. It's always important that we keep our common goals in mind and constantly work towards the vision. This includes not only the obviously visible, but also the software quality - from the smallest function to the application architecture.
From vision to MVP
“For the concept of an MVP to work and be successful, the vision of the product must always be part of the development process.”
